| Synopsis | In 1996, the South African government established the Truth and Reconciliation Commission to investigate abuses of human rights under apartheid. American reporter Langston Whitfield (Samuel L. Jackson) and Afrikaans poet Anna Malan (Juliette Bimoche) are sent to cover the sessions. The heart-rending stories they hear are testimony to the strength of human character and the redeeming power of forgiveness and love.
